What can happen:
  1. Bundle delivered — see a delivery confirmation, or dispute it if it never actually arrived.
  2. Not yet delivered — send it instantly, or schedule your exact delivery time.
  3. Already scheduled — change it once, verified by a code sent to the phone number on the order.
  4. Paid more than once for a bundle the same day — every payment is tracked and handled on its own; schedule or refund whichever one you like.
  5. Amount didn't match a bundle (within 24h) — get a full refund, or pick a Bingwa Data or Gift SMS bundle instead.
  6. Amount didn't match + 24h passed — pick a bundle. If you need to top up the difference, pay it now via M-Pesa and schedule delivery.
